Rented from them last year and this year. Great group of people. Customer focused. Allowed us to cancel one day of a boat rental due to morning storms.
We had to cancel our rental due to rain and when we called, the people at Wave Rentals & Marine were so friendly and professional. We rescheduled for a couple days later and we had such a great time on the various chain of lakes there, near Lake Minocqua. The pontoon boat we rented was brand new and they were very flexible on letting us pick up some tubing gear later in the day so it wouldn't have to take up so much room in the boat. They answered all of our questions and gave us a marked up map showing us where best to swim as well as do some tubing. Great people working there; I highly recommend renting from them. Thanks Wave Rentals for making our vacation day on the lake so nice and memorable!

Can't stand companies who lie about damage when there isn't any just to make a dime - or in this case $200! - & that is what they did to a local grandmother who just wanted to have a fun summer day with her granddaughter. Shame on them for taking advantage & taking an extra $200 from a grandma who can barely get by on her budget who just wanted to do one fun thing!! Very disappointing!! And I know my friends & family will never do business with Wave!
