Booked a cabin through Northwoods Property Management - the last one available at the time on Lake Minocqua. We booked a property that was smaller than we were really comfortable with, but we're told by the booking agent that if another larger property became available, they would work with us to switch. A larger property became available and when we called they would not allow us to switch properties without loosing our $650 deposit. That is not working with us, nor honoring what we were told when we booked.
