At long last, we were able to plan a vacation to Hawaii. We e-mailed and talked in person to several people in the Minocqua store. Can't tell you how disappointed we were with just about every aspect of our 'dream' trip. They didn't listen to what kind of vacation we wanted, so we paid for 2 activities that were a complete waste of time. Most of the pickup/dropoff info was wrong and we had to walk much farther than we were told, which was a problem because of my health issues. The rental car cost us much, much more than we were told. Nothing was what I was expecting. They gave us no information on air travel, no maps or information on the hotels, and totally got the kind of trip we had described wrong. Perhaps I was mistaken in what a travel agent is supposed to do. We were rushed into signing up for a trip that we could have planned on our own and I 100% believe would have enjoyed much more for a lot less money. Missed the "Paradise" aspect of Hawaii completely!
We had 80 people come to our wedding from all over North America and they were all extremely impressed by Colleen and her team. She is well organized, patient, and responds quickly. She really went the extra mile for each of our guests and I can honestly say that she was a big part of why our wedding was so amazing.
