Went in to the location to trade in my phone for the new iPhone x. The staff quickly told me that I was not eligible because I had scratches. On the Verizon website it said cracks would not be accepted. I was ready to just be done with it and leave, but the rep assured me I could put a deposit down for the iPhone and order it and as soon as it came in file an insurance claim on my phone and then exchange the new replaced phone for the iPhone I ordered. Today the iPhone I ordered arrived I went to file the insurance claim and was rejected by the main Verizon because my phone is in working condition. So between driving to minoqua putting money down to order something I can’t even get and now having to drive back to minoqua just to get my deposit back. I am now stuck with a phone that’s too good to replace but too bad to trade in for an upgrade. What a huge waste of time and money. Maybe staff who should know the rules on phone replacement programs shouldn’t encourage people to try this method and waste their time.

My husband has been a customer in verizon for a decade. We went there to purchase a new phone. The guy there was so rude to my husband. He asked my husband not to sit in the chair where he is coz he is not his customer and he told my husband rudely. And i was not happy about it. He should deal the customer properly and in a nice way. Then we went back there to pay the phone in full but the lady who attend to us was kinda indifferent. She seems not happy. Well, hope they should take a seminar on how to deal with customers nicely and in a proper way.
