Over charged! In 2017 I was charged $250 for Spring install of dock! Previous invoice for 2016 was $125. It was a 12’ roll in dock. Took me 20 minutes to do myself. When I called to discuss, she tried to justify the $250 charge..Have copy of previous invoice for $125. Located 10 minutes from their office. Total time including travel would have taken less than 1 hour. $250 was never quoted and is price gouging...not acceptable!
I don't normally review places but I'm so upset about the terrible service I felt the need to review. I walked in wanting a simple aluminum ladder for a dock and apparently there is only one that they sale for docks other than their own but the receptionist did not know the price. She said I needed to wait for the sales man and then disapeared. I don't mind waiting but seriously all I wanted was the price one item! So, after looking around and finding no one else to help me and waiting a good 5 minutes, I walked up to the salesman and asked him the price. He looked at me and said "I'm with a customer", like I'm not a customer! It should not be that hard to get the price of one item at a store! He finally told me the price and we decided not to purchase the item, which was nice and considering the quality reasonably priced but not exactly what we were looking for.
We have made all of our water/dock related purchases at this store over the years, and their service (in addition to the products) could not be better. I make several trips per year to this location, and I've never had a bad experience.
The best service you will ever find.The whole staff goes above and beyond all expectations.Would highly recommend them to anyone.
