I love how the volunteers take the time to answer any questions you or your kids might have. It was great to watch them feed the baby squirrels and birds.
Taking care of what is broken. There they help the animals that have been injured, if they can after patching them up they release them back into the wild. The keep the ones that will never survive in the wild
This place takes in the injured birds (think hawks/owls) of the area and shows them in outdoor cages. A guide will walk you through with the fact cards/script. Budget 30 mins of your day. Suggested donation is $5/person.
