I don't know how they did it, but they managed to remove the two ends and install a new pin.
I have used Bassett for watch batteries in the past, but this time I thought I might have had them stumped. The pin in the stainless steel band of my Swiss Army watch broke. It was a permanent pin, not the spring type.
A great Jewelry store and even more amazing people. The owners have been great with supporting the community programs that our family is involved in. Susan also did an unbelievable job in creating the perfect mother's ring for my wife and helping my wife with a beautiful charm bracelet for my niece. We will be customers for as long as we are in the Northwoods.
